Positive: the location
Negative: they don't pay the rent and there was an eviction noticed on the door and when we ask that we want a refund they didn't send all of the money back. only half and we basically stayed 3 hours Bec case the note on the door stated that the sheriff dept will come and evict us..very stressful situation(
